Students will acquire fundamental knolwedge of polysomnography concepts related to current practice.
- Acquire fundamental knowledge of Polysomnography concepts to current practice.
- Apply Knowledge of Polysomnographic studies.
- Demonstrate professionalism, with a high level of ethics, either independently or as a member of a team, to ensure proper test and patient safety.
- Execute, calibrate, monitor and troubleshoot hardware and run an acquisition to acquire accurate and artifact free data while maintaining safety.
- Meet educational eligibility requirements for registry and pass BRPT exam.
- Observe, gather, analyze, and document physiological parameters before, during, and after sleep procedures.
